Comporta scoundrel

Canalha Comporta packed its bags and headed for the Alentejo coast this summer. In pop-up format, from May to October, it set up shop at Sublime Comporta to bring the same quality and irreverence to the Alentejo coast. Led by chef João Rodrigues, the restaurant maintains its focus on seasonal and local products, through a simple approach that values each raw material. Open for dinner, the space combines rustic elements from Comporta, such as wood and iron, in an informal and tranquil setting.
