These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") regulate access to and use of the paradigma.pt website, operated by Paradigma Venture Capital, S.A., a private limited company with its registered office at Rua Braamcamp, n.º 12, 3.º esquerdo, 1250-050 Lisboa, and with the tax and legal person number 516 150 138 ("Paradigma").
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Decree-Law no. 446/85, of October 25, updated by Decree-Law no. 109-G/2021, of December 10. Access to and use of this website implies reading and accepting the provisions described herein, and users are therefore advised to read them carefully.
Paradigma reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of the District of Lisbon, with waiver of any other.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree that the courts of the District of Lisbon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
