SHIPPING POLICY
1. introduction
- This Shipping Policy regulates the terms associated with the delivery of products purchased on Paradigma's online platform, operated and processed by THISCLOSE - UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC517401657, with registered office at Rua Braamcamp, n.º 12, 3.º Esq., 1250-050 Lisboa(THISCLOSE).
- Paradigma acts only as an intermediary, providing the link between the end customer and THISCLOSE. By making a purchase on the website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the supply and delivery contract is established exclusively between the customer and THISCLOSE. PARADIGMA assumes no responsibility for issues related to the ordering, payment, delivery or return of the products purchased.
- THISCLOSE is solely responsible for the management, billing, shipping and customer service of orders placed on the Paradigma website. This policy does not exempt you from reading the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Shipping destinations
THISCLOSE offers shipping to mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions, the European Union and other international destinations, upon prior consultation.
3. Costs and delivery times
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary according to destination and are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times: Estimated delivery times begin after payment confirmation.
- Mainland Portugal: 2-10 working days.
- Autonomous Regions: 5-20 working days.
- Europe: 5-30 working days.
- Other international destinations: 5-30 working days.
Note: During periods of high flow (e.g. festive seasons), delivery times may change.
4. Orders and Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number (if applicable), allowing the delivery status to be monitored. If the customer does not receive the order within the estimated time, they should contact customer service.
5. Delivery responsibility
THISCLOSE is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect shipping data provided by the customer or by situations beyond the company's control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather conditions).
