Vincent Farges' corner offers a distinctive menu that meets the expectations of the city's new residents: French cuisine, adapted to the country, accessible and uncomplicated. Vincent Farges was born in the Rhône and worked in some of the best French restaurants from an early age. Since 2018 he has been running the starred restaurant Epur, and since 2021 he has been in the chefs' corridor at Time Out Market.
